Returns
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return any unused, undamaged item in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Personalized or custom items cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
